Guidelines

We do not charge for our private room but we do require a minimum guarantee to host a private party on Fridays and Saturdays. There may be time constrains on the private rooms

A guaranteed number of guests are required at least 72 hours in advance. The final bill will reflect the guaranteed number of guests plus any additional guests over the guaranteed number.

A deposit of $200.00 must be received along with the signed contract in order to confirm the space for the event. No reservation is confirmed until the deposit is received. This deposit will be applied to your final bill.

Reservations will not be confirmed without a signed Fish Market Restaurant contract.

Final Count
Unless a prior arrangement is made and confirmed, the final guarantee of guest attendance is due via dated and signed fax within 72 hours prior to the scheduled start of the event. Billing will reflect the guaranteed minimum number of guests or the final count, whichever is greater

Billing & Collection
The client will be responsible for all charges according to the attached contract. All outstanding balances are due upon conclusion of the event. Fish Market Restaurant gladly accepts cash, company check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express for final payments.

Cancellation
The deposit is refundable 2 weeks prior to the event.
